Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NOURISH collective. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer

NOURISH collective provides holistic nutritional consulting and education.

  • Not Medical Advice: The information provided on this website and during consultations is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Not a Replacement for Medical Care: I am a Holistic Nutritionist, not a licensed physician or Registered Dietitian. My services do not replace the advice of your primary healthcare provider.

  • Physician Consultation: You are encouraged to consult with your doctor before starting any new diet, exercise, or supplement protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

2. Services & Professional Relationship

Our relationship is that of a consultant and client.

  • Individual Results: Every body is unique. While NOURISH collective provides clinical-grade tools and protocols, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes or results.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health decisions. You must provide accurate and complete health information during the intake process.

3. Booking, Payments, and No-Refund Policy

  • Fees: All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change.

  • Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment and receive your clinical intake forms.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the intake forms, the clinical review time involved, and the reservation of your appointment slot, NOURISH collective does not offer refunds for single sessions, assessments, or multi-month packages once purchased.

  • Insurance: While we provide receipts for nutritional services, it is your responsibility to verify coverage with your specific insurance provider.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling an appointment.

5. Privacy and Personal Information (PHIPA Compliance)

Your privacy is a priority. In accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA):

  • All intake forms, NutriBody assessments, and session notes are kept on a secure, encrypted platform.

  • Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

6. Internal Marketing & Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that NOURISH collective may use your personal data (such as your name and email address) for internal marketing purposes. This includes sending you newsletters, service updates, and promotional offers.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We respect your inbox. NOURISH collective will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.

By booking, you release NOURISH collective from any and all liability related to your participation in nutritional programs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ontario.
